We want you to feel confident in what you are buying. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, this policy balances fairness for buyers with fairness for the work that went into creating them.
When you complete a purchase you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download link is accessed.

Once we have verified that your download link has not been clicked, we process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The refund is returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is sent.
Bank processing times after that are outside our control.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as the merchant of record. This means your card statement will show a charge from Lemon Squeezy, not from Gorilla Society.
As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy retains the right to issue refunds or credits within 60 days of purchase at their discretion — including to prevent or resolve chargebacks, or where required by applicable law or card network rules. This right exists independently of our 7-day policy above. In such cases, access to the purchased digital product may be revoked.
If you have a dispute with a charge, please contact us at hello@gorillasociety.co before contacting Lemon Squeezy or your bank. In most cases we can resolve things faster that way.
If you are having trouble downloading or opening the file, please email us before requesting a refund. Most issues resolve quickly with a fresh link or alternative delivery method. We will only consider a discretionary refund if we cannot resolve the problem.
If you have bought twice by mistake, get in touch within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate, provided that download link has not been clicked.
If something has gone wrong, please email us at hello@gorillasociety.co before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. A chargeback raised without contacting us first may result in product access being suspended and may affect your ability to purchase from us in future.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. New Zealand customers retain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Customers in Australia, the UK, EU, Canada, and the US retain their respective consumer protection rights. Where statutory rights override this policy, those rights apply.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. Updates are posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
